So I don't know what crack Taobao's algorithm is smoking, but I bought maybe two whole items since installing it, and that was back in November of last year. Yet somehow it knows how to dangle the most delicious, enticing, dopamine inducing carrot in my face every time I open it up just to browse. The last time I accidentally tapped on it about a month ago, it showed me something that took my breath away by it's splendorous magical girl aesthetic.

Let me introduce you to... well fuck I'm not really even sure what to call this thing. At first I thought it was a little cute toy that played music or something but it's a full on camera, plus some other rad stuff like dress up games, calculator, and alarm clock. So of course I said, "STFU and take my money!"

I bought not just one, but two. To be clear, the second one is not for me, I'm not that kind of psychotic — it's for Lynai, who may or may not be a magical girl. I plead the 5th on that. Alas, the menu of this thing is only in Chinese, and I'm not even sure if the photos can be exported in any way. There are no card slots, only a type C port for charging. Good luck to us and bonus points for attempting to figure it all out somehow.

If I can somehow extract the photos from this thing, they will be added here. Regardless of that specific capability, I love this thing. I feel more magical already.

Is it bulky? Yes.
Is the photo quality good? Not at all.
Will I carry it everywhere? Absofuckinglutely.
